How to submit a Ticket/Screenshot

Announcement: Support is now only available to those actively subscribed to the Two Minute Fix who have paid for and installed the Two Minute Fix on the endpoint needing support. If any support article is having issues with images being displayed try logging into your support account. Thank you.

To submit a screenshot please first have the Two Minute Fix installed (see https://tickets.tatespc.us/osticket/kb/faq.php?id=5 )

Find the TMF Icon in your system tray:

Click the icon to bring up a menu, then click "Submit a Ticket/Screenshot"

Wait for the window to appear:

Fill out the support ticket information with the same email/phone you have on file (If you don't have a ticket number, just put a two to three words here):

Click the green + arrow and select "Take screenshot"

Once the form is completely filled out click "Send" at the bottom.
