Announcement: Support is now only available to those actively subscribed to the Two Minute Fix who have paid for and installed the Two Minute Fix on the endpoint needing support. If any support article is having issues with images being displayed try logging into your support account. Thank you.

Please use the small orange and white cog wheel icon by your clock to submit a support ticket. If you already submitted a support ticket and this message has been sent to you, then your computer is lacking of remote access software. Please open the Two Minute Fix and use the "TMF Support Menu" and "Install/Repair Remote Support" option.
