How to connect to Tates PC Remote Support

Announcement: Support is now only available to those actively subscribed to the Two Minute Fix who have paid for and installed the Two Minute Fix on the endpoint needing support. If any support article is having issues with images being displayed try logging into your support account. Thank you.

Find the Tates PC Remote Support icon on your desktop and open it. You will have an option to request support from "Tates PC Repair, LLC" or "Joe Tate Sr." by clicking "Help Me".

If prompted by the Two Minute Fix, Tates PC Repair, LLC, NinjaRMM, or TeamViewer please click "yes" / "allow" / "OK".
