How to update from Splashtop to Ninja Remote

Windows Users:
- Login to the Two Minute Fix Dashboard (enterprise customers have a link to the dashboard in their updated APF system tray icon, where you submit support tickets)
- Click on the small two-computer icon for Ninja Remote and wait for the popup screen.
- Download the software (64-bit if you're not sure, otherwise, whatever architecture you are running)
- Install the software
- Close the browser after the installation is completed and then open and log back in to the dashboard
- Click the small two-computer icon for Ninja Remote and wait for the popup screen
- Check the box to always open software for these links (this will only appear the first time you connect IF you check the box) and then click to open/run the software.
